The Muslim Marriage Reset

Transform Your Marriage and Reclaim Love, Peace, and Connection

I know how it feels when you’re stuck in the same frustrating arguments, over and over again. You’re feeling lonely and disconnected, like roommates instead of partners. You long for a marriage where you’re heard, understood, and most of all, loved—a marriage that feels like a team, not a constant battle.

You’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to stick. You’ve been to therapists who didn’t understand your culture or Islam, or received advice from the imam that didn’t address the emotional layers affecting your marriage. You’re tired of the hurt that keeps resurfacing, and you’re worried that nothing will change.

But here’s the truth: It’s not too late.

The Muslim Marriage Reset is here to help you break the cycle of frustration and emotional disconnection. This program is designed to help you understand yourself and your spouse, heal relationship trauma, reignite intimacy, and build a partnership grounded in love and respect.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

Practical tools to break the cycle of conflict and improve communication.

A deeper emotional connection to feel truly seen and valued by your spouse.

Healing from past hurts that have been keeping you stuck.

A stronger team dynamic—working together to parent, manage finances, and build your future as a couple.

Support that is grounded in Islam and an understanding of your culture—a holistic approach to marriage that honors both.

WHY THIS PROGRAM WORKS

I understand the importance of balancing Islamic values with the complexities of marriage and cultural expectations. That’s why I’ve crafted this program with the tools and strategies that speak directly to your reality—offering solutions that work in the context of your religion and life.

Unlike traditional therapy, which may overlook the nuances of your beliefs and upbringing, this program is built on understanding both your emotional needs and the dynamics that come with marriage. You’ll learn how to communicate better, manage conflict, and reignite the love that once brought you together.

You Deserve a Marriage That Feels Like a Team

Imagine a relationship where you feel emotionally supported, appreciated, and connected—a marriage where you’re both working toward the same goals. This can be your reality.

If you’re ready to stop the frustration and start creating a future filled with peace, connection, and love, the Muslim Marriage Reset is your path forward.

  • Islam is part of your family’s culture, for one or both spouses.

  • You want to enjoy your spouse again; you’re ready to connect emotionally, get out of endless cycles of conflict, savor intimacy together, and stop talking about divorce.

Not a good fit:

  • You’ve been married less than three years.

  • You are experiencing abuse or domestic violence in your marriage***

  • You don’t care about improving your marriage. You’re fine with the conflict, and you’d rather keep doing it the hard way and just hope it turns out okay.

  • You’d prefer to just keep taking advice from people who don’t understand the complexities of your situation and pouring your effort into solutions that don’t work. After all, it’s not that miserable…

FAQs

What if I’m scared to invest?

I get it. It feels like a huge risk. But the bigger risk is to just keep doing what you’re doing, barely holding your marriage together, wounding each other with each new argument, and letting the integrity of your family hang in the balance. Investing in my program is a commitment to yourself and to each other. It’s an investment in your future–and when we go all in, we get the most out of every experience.

What if I don’t have the time?

Everyone is busy. But all you need to do to succeed in this program is dedicate 3-5 hours per week. That’s less than one hour a day! And since the program is self-paced, you can do it whenever it works best for you.

We’ve tried everyone’s advice, from friends to in-laws to our local imam, and none of it helped. What do you have to offer that they don’t?

I am a licensed therapist with extensive training in marriage counseling, and years and years of experience helping couples save and revitalize their marriages. I promise you, there’s not much I haven’t seen. I bring all of my professional expertise, training, and understanding of Islamic culture to my coaching. My program is based on the best that relationship science has to offer. I’m here to walk with you, to pull you out of moments of desperation and keep you on the path to recovery.

We’ve tried marriage counseling before, and it didn’t help. Is this any different?

Many traditional counseling approaches miss the cultural and religious context of your relationship. Well-meaning therapists who don’t understand your background can unknowingly do harm by missing crucial information, disregarding important values, misinterpreting relationship dynamics, or ignoring their own bias. They may also miss how unresolved attachment trauma from your upbringing affects your marriage.

As a Muslim therapist with expertise in attachment trauma, I understand how your past experiences shape the way you relate to each other. This unique understanding allows me to help you heal from past wounds and use those insights to strengthen your marriage.

In this program, I integrate Islamic principles with proven attachment-based strategies to help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and foster intimacy in a way that resonates with your values and experiences. I’m here to guide you through the complexities of your relationship, offering practical tools and support to help you heal from past wounds and use that healing to create a healthier, stronger relationship.

What if my spouse isn’t invested in healing our marriage?

While this program is designed for married couples to participate together, you are welcome to start implementing the strategies on your own to reverse cycles of negativity. Your personal change is the most compelling invitation to a better marriage that your spouse could ever receive. You will have access to the content for a whole year, so you can always involve your spouse at a later point!
